Question: What is your refund policy? 

Answer: We typically do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. If there is an issue on our end, please send us an email and we will find a solution.

Question: What are your shipping options? 

Answer: At this time, we offer UPS and USPS shipping. The rates are calculated based on your order weight + distance, you will see this at checkout. 

Question: Do you offer local pickup or delivery? 

Answer: No. We did try this option and it was very inconvenient. All orders must be processed through the website and shipped. 

Question: When will I receive updates about my order? 

Answer: You will receive the following communications: 1) Order confirmation email. 2) Order shipped email. 3) Order out for delivery email. 4) Order delivered email. You will also receive text messages if you chose that option.

Question: What should I do if I never received my order? Or it is damaged?

Answer: Sometimes packages are marked delivered early, but if it doesn't turn up within a couple days... File a claim with the USPS. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Make sure you take can also email us for an itemized version of your receipt to show proof of purchase. usps file a claim 

Question: How can I make changes to an order I've placed? 

Answer: Please email us with your order number in the subject line + changes to order. Example: ' Order #1 Changes to Order ' if we have not already started processing we can likely make the adjustments. If it requires additional payment you will be sent an invoice. 

Question: When do you restock your products? 

Answer: Restock dates are emailed to subscribers first, so you want to sign up for our newsletter to stay informed. We typically restock every couple weeks, though.

Answer: You can use the chat feature on the website. You can send us an email or you can send a text to our business line at 773-349-2405. We will respond to you ASAP!
